HOUSTON, TX – Milestone Capital, Inc., in collaboration with D2 Equity Capital, LLC, has acquired a majority interest in a newly formed entity specifically created to acquire the assets of MCIP Industrial Enterprises Corp. This acquisition includes MCIP’s pipe coating plants in Pearland, Texas and will help position MCIP to be one of the fastest growing pipe coating companies in the Gulf Coast.
